Bio Overview:
Justin is a lawyer truly on the side of the people. Justin represents clients in all types of personal injury cases ranging from the catastrophic to the small fender bender. Justin understands that to his clients, every case is a big case, and because of that, he fights hard to get his clients justice no matter the case. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Justin litigated personal injury and criminal defense cases in a small family owned law firm for several years.
Justin graduated from Morehouse College with a degree in Mathematics, and then attended the St. John’s University School of Law in New York. During law school, Justin was the president of the school’s Student Bar Association and an editor of the New York International Law Review. After law school, Justin moved back to Atlanta where he gained valuable experience working as a lawyer for the commissioner of the Georgia Department of Labor.
Justin currently mentors and speaks to youths in and around the Atlanta area, and handles cases for families in Atlanta area juvenile courts. Justin handles a variety of personal injury cases, including those involving commercial trucks and other motor vehicles, pedestrian accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death.
